Denise Whittington

Raised in a large, loving, and boisterous family with a zest for celebration, Denise knows how to breathe life into a home and make any size space feel warm and inviting. Her passion for turning a house into a home naturally extends to her clients, whether it’s staging a house for sale or helping her buyers visualize comfortable and welcoming new spaces to call their own. Beyond her knack for decorating and her thoughtful attention to detail, she’s also known to be a tough (but fair) negotiator, going to bat for her clients’ needs.

With a New York upbringing, an Oklahoma education, and over 20 years of living the Colorado dream, Denise embodies the best of the east coast, the south, and the west. She moved to Colorado in 1998 to teach in the Jeffco School District and has lived across the front range from Evergreen to Greenwood Village with her husband and two children, amassing a vast knowledge of and appreciation for Denver’s diverse neighborhoods along the way.

Denise’s passion for the welfare of the community is expressed through her dedicated service to both local and national nonprofits. During her tenure as a spokesperson for the American Red Cross and a Community Chairperson for Bonfils, she established the first Broncos Blood drive, a tradition that continued for nearly two decades. She has also served as chair on the Advisory Council for her children’s school with a mission for the health and safety of all students and remains active in various community and charity fundraisers, including Denver’s Annual Greek Festival and neighborhood food drives. Additionally, she is a regular volunteer with Samaritan House, and an active member of the Daughters of Penelope, and the Denver Ballet Guild.
