Denise has been a long time friend and I was excited to have her guiding me through the sale of my home as well as my new purchase. Our sale took a bit longer and she was the master of negotiations. She shared some details with me and I knew she had much more going on behind the scenes. Denise went above and beyond. When it came to my new purchase, I had a number in my head where I wanted to close. We landed on that exact number. It was alot to maneuver through both and she did alot of hand holding with me which was exactly what I needed. I am so grateful for her throughtout my entire process!

If there was a rating above "excellent" I would have chosen it. Denise works tirelessly and made us feel like we were her only clients. She worked hard to get us everything we needed from the sale of our home and then some. She was extremely helpful in preparing our house to go on the market and proactive in looking for potential issues. While some people might hesitate to work with a family friend, Denise's knowledge of the market and our needs made this process easy and enjoyable.
